Job summary

Dawn to Dusk Autos Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician to join our workshop on a full-time basis. You will tackle servicing, repairs, and advanced diagnostics across diesel, petrol, hybrid, and EV vehicles.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults with modern tools, performing engine work and rebuilds, maintaining fleet vehicles, and collaborating with service advisors to set realistic repair timelines. A clean, safe workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician with extensive experience.
• Experience across diesel, petrol, hybrid and EV vehicles.
• Ability to carry out complex engine work and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex faults using modern diagnostic systems.
• Service and repair diesel, petrol, hybrid and EV vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical work including clutches, gearboxes and timing belts.
• Perform full engine rebuilds when required.
• Maintain fleet vehicles and inspections.

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled, deeply experienced Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team full-time. This is a role for someone who genuinely knows their way around a vehicle inside and out—from servicing to complex engine rebuilds and advanced diagnostic fault-finding.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Diagnosing complex faults accurately using modern systems, including Autel, Auto logic, Top Don, Delphi Commercial & Dealer tool PSA Group diagnostic equipment.
• Carrying out routine servicing and general vehicle repairs efficiently, on diesel, petrol hybrid & EV vehicles.
• Tackling mechanical work, including clutches, gearboxes, timing belts, and wet belt replacements to name a few.
• Handling advanced jobs when they come in, up to and including full engine rebuilds.
• Managing routine maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles, including Inspections & plating of vehicles.
• Pitching in where needed across the business, utilizing broader workshop skills.
• Working closely with our service advisors to communicate repair needs and realistic timelines.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
