The position requires an NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and 3–4 years of workshop experience, with strong diagnostics and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with good diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and documenting findings.
• Diagnose faults accurately, test faulty parts, and perform effective repairs.
• Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Complete complex repairs including engine work, gearboxes, clutches and cambelts.
• Ensure work complies with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulations.

• Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, giving an OTE of £45,000+

Duties:

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and documenting findings

• Support internal departments with the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles

Requirements:
