Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician in Luton to join a well-established dealership. You will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a modern workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance and diagnostics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required.
• Complete all work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop and service teams.
