Lithia UK is recruiting Ford Technicians for Evans Halshaw Ford Lincoln with a 4-day working week, based on a 45-hour pattern (alternatives 40/42.5 hours discussed at interview). A joining bonus of £2,000 is offered, with basic salaries from £31,961 to £44,864 and OTE up to £49,093.

Training and career progression are emphasized within a supportive team environment. We require Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, cam belt and clutch experience, and a full UK driving licence.

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – Salaries are based on a 45 hour working week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are also available and can be discussed at interview stage.

• Basic Salary from £31,961 up to £44,864 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £34,391 up to £49,093, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
