Lithia UK is hiring a Ford Technician at Evans Halshaw Ford Middlesbrough. A joining bonus of £2,000 is offered. Flexible 4-day week with 45-hour standard, or 40/42.5-hour options discussed at interview. Basic salary £33,643–£47,225; OTE £36,073–£51,455. Plus generous benefits and training opportunities.

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – Salaries are based on a 45 hour working week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are also available and can be discussed at interview stage.

• Basic Salary from £33,643 up to £47,225 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £36,073 up to £51,455, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
