Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Ford Technician for Evans Halshaw Ford Altrincham. The role offers a flexible four-day week option and a 40 or 42.5 hour week, discussed at interview. A £2,000 joining bonus is available to welcome you into the team.

Basic salary ranges from £30,185 to £42,371, with OTE from £32,615 to £46,601 uncapped. Training opportunities include EV training and MOT certification to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience completing cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Drive to meet high quality standards and productivity targets.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

Why Evans Halshaw:

• Basic Salary from £30,185 up to £42,371 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £32,615 up to £46,601, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
