Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Coatbridge is seeking a Ford Technician to join our workshop. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing customer vehicles, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

A joining bonus of £2,000 is on offer, and a flexible 4-day working week can be discussed at interview, along with a choice of a 40 or 42.5 hour week. Basic salary ranges from £34,952 to £49,062, with an OTE up to £53,292.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to perform cam belt and clutch replacements to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles to high standards.
• Follow workshop processes and use approved systems for service and diagnostics.

• Basic Salary from £34,952 up to £49,062 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £37,382 up to £53,292, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
