Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Ford Technician for our Altrincham site. You will perform servicing and repairs to customer vehicles, with a focus on quality and efficiency. A welcome bonus (£2,000) is offered, with a flexible 4-day week and options for 40 or 42.5 hours.

Basic salary ranges £37,324 to £39,848 depending on skills, with OTE £40,924 to £43,448 and uncapped earning potential. 33 days holiday, pension, and extensive training support are included.

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work on customer vehicles.
• Technical knowledge to perform repairs to high quality standards.

• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
