Job summary

Vertu Motors Jaguar Land Rover Leeds is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to support customers across Jaguar and Land Rover ranges. You will work on servicing, diagnostics, complex repairs, and MOT-related work, delivering first-time fixes and high-quality workmanship.

Join a premium brand environment with manufacturer training, EV/Hybrid tech exposure, and clear progression pathways. A £4,000 sign-on bonus is offered with phased payments on joining and after 13 months of service.

Qualifications

• Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Automotive.
• Current hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership is preferred.
• Own set of tools and full UK driving licence.

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs with precision, care and attention to detail.
• Diagnosing, repairing and servicing vehicles to the highest standards.
• Applying your technical expertise to routine, diagnostic and complex repairs.

If youholda nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification, such asNVQ Level 3 orequivalent, your experience and qualifications willbereviewedby JLR duringonboarding.Followingthisreview, JLRwillprovideanaccreditationpathway to support youtowardsLevel 2qualified status.IfyouholdMaster Technician certification,JLRwill alsoreviewyour experienceandsupportyouthrough therelevantaccreditation pathwaytowardsJLRLevel 4qualified status.

What You’ll Be Doing

As aJaguarLandRoverVehicle Technician, you will play a key role inprotecting the ownershipexperiencefor customers who expectprecision,reliabilityand attention to detail frompremium British automotive brands.Whether you are working on servicing, diagnostics, complexrepairsor MOT-related work, you will help deliver first-time fixes and quality workmanship across vehicles built aroundperformance,capability, modernluxuryand advanced technology.
