Pembrook Resourcing is assisting a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Hatfield to recruit a Vehicle Technician. You will service, maintain, diagnose, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, using factory equipment and adhering to quality and time targets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities.
• Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Utilise manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems.
• Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Support workshop efficiency and contribute to team performance targets.
