Job summary

LEVC is seeking a Vehicle Technician in London to perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on LEVC products, including pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.

You will complete scheduled servicing, diagnose issues, and report findings while delivering excellent customer service and working to manufacturer standards. Tools and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Must have own tools and a clean valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
• Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed safely and to high quality in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
• Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations.
• Complete necessary documentation for warranty work and maintain a clean, safe work bay.

About the role

Experience to succeed

• Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector
• Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business
• Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving Licence
