Job summary

Holt-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a volume brand dealership in Gloucester. Basic salary up to £32,000-£35,000 with an OTE up to £40,000 and clear progression opportunities.

You will perform maintenance, service and repair to high standards, recording all diagnosis and parts used per standards. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years dealership experience are required, along with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years experience in a dealership as a technician.
• Must have a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair on motor vehicles to a high standard.
• Carry out work completely and within manufacturer’s scheduled times.
• Record diagnosis, work performed and components used accurately.

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As the Vehicle Technician you will carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards

Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
• Good technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License
