Job summary

Holt-Recruitment in Taunton is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestige dealership. The role offers a basic salary between £32,000 and £37,000, plus OTE and benefits. The position requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, driving license, and solid technical knowledge.

You will perform maintenance, service and repair to high standards and record diagnostics per manufacturer standards. The dealership provides progression opportunities, pension, rewards platform, and employee perks

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is required.
• Good technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
• Carry out work in line with manufacturer times and standards to maintain efficiency.
• Record diagnosis details, work performed and parts used accurately.

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As the Technician you will carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards

Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Good technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License
