Job summary

Holt-Recruitment in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy Service Department at a main dealership. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 with an OTE of £6,000 and excellent progression opportunities.

You will undertake maintenance, service and repair work to the highest standards, record diagnosis and parts used, and work to manufacturer times. NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years' dealership experience, plus a valid driving license, are

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a dealership as a Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge is essential.
• Must have a valid Driving License.

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to a high standard.
• Carry out all work completely and effectively while adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times.
• Record diagnosis, work completed, and components used in line with group and manufacturer standards.

We are working with a franchised dealership in the Plymouth area who are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department

The Vehicle Technician role comes with a basic salary of between £25000 – £30,000 with an OTE £6,000 with fantastic opportunities for progression.

Key Vehicle Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As the Vehicle Technician you will carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards

Minimum Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
• Good technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License
