Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a well-established main dealership in Chippenham. You will work in a modern, manufacturer-approved workshop focused on training and progression within a supportive team.

Role responsibilities include servicing and maintenance, fault finding, and repairing brakes, suspension and cambelts. Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays; salary up to £39,000 plus bonus and overtime, with OTE around £45,000.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in a workshop environment.
• Minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Reliable work history with consistent attendance.
• Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties.
