Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with relevant qualifications or time-served background.
• MOT license desirable but training available if required.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and technical data, including Autodata.
• Confident with Launch Diagnostic scanner and basic EV servicing (brakes and tyres).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across various vehicle makes and models.
• Perform MOT testing within the garage's facilities.
• Maintain high first-time fix rates to uphold the garage's reputation.
• Repair mechanical components such as clutches, cambelts, and brakes.
• Support limited EV service work, mainly brakes and tyres.
• Deliver excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Duties:
