Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Chester is seeking a Ford Technician with a 4-day working week option. Basic salary scales £31,961–£44,864, with OTE £34,391–£49,093 and a £2,000 joining bonus. 33 days holiday, pension and other benefits are included.

Training opportunities and career progression are available. Candidates should hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have experience with cam belts and clutches, and possess a full UK driving licence.

• Experience replacing cam belts and clutches.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to repair and maintain customer vehicles.

FLEXIBLE 4-DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE – Salaries are based on a 45 hour working week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are also available and can be discussed at interview stage.

• Basic Salary from £31,961 up to £44,864 - Dependent on skills and experience
• OTE from £34,391 up to £49,093, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
