Due to exciting business growth, we’re looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle.

Are you a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician with experience working on commercial vehicles? Whether you’re already working in the sector or are looking for a new challenge with one of the UK’s leading machinery dealers, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical and electrical repairs on a range of commercial vehicles.
• Completing pre-delivery inspections in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to the highest standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Completing all relevant service documentation including warranty paperwork and digital job cards.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds certified qualifications in the servicing and repair of vehicles.
• Has previous experience in a similar role.
• Is a proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
• Has strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Location: Based at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle (Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA3 0EF).

Hours: 40 hours per week (8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday), with additional overtime available.
