Wessex Garages is seeking a Vehicle Technician to service and repair a range of vehicles in a modern, well-equipped workshop. You will receive full manufacturer training and ongoing support to grow your technical career, with a focus on first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their skills within a thriving aftersales team. The role offers a competitive salary with bonuses and benefits as part of a supportive employer.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, including non-routine defects, in workshop and on road tests.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay up to date with brand standards.
• Maximise productivity by using facilities and processes effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills.

Key information

• Working Pattern: 8:30am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri. Saturdays on a rota paid as OT
