Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic in a family-run business based in Bury St Edmunds. You will join a motivated team, working on a range of vehicles with scope for progression and development.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £40,000 with an OTE around £45,000, and Monday to Friday hours with no weekends. You’ll be part of a stable, reputable workshop focused on quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification for Vehicle Technician.
• Current UK Driving Licence.
• Dedicated and committed approach to work.
• Passion for all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles.
• MOT testing.
• Diagnostic testing to identify faults.
• Complete paperwork to high standards.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a family-run business located in Bury St Edmunds.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
• OTE of approximately £45,000, rewarded for your skills and dedication

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements:

• A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary of this role is up to £40000 basic with OTE of £45000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday only.
