Job summary

Winsearch is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic for an Edinburgh-area client. This hands-on role focuses on diagnostics, servicing and high-quality repairs within a professional workshop where attention to detail matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience, strong fault-finding skills and solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to work independently or in a team. A pension, sick pay and paid leave are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
• Experience gained within a dealership, repair garage, vehicle manufacturer or fleet environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.

We're recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join a growing automotive operation based in the Edinburgh area.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys diagnostics, problem-solving and delivering high-quality repairs. You'll be working within a professional environment where attention to detail, technical knowledge and quality workmanship are valued.

The Role

• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
