Renault London West is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our dealership’s workshop.

Role Overview: The Vehicle Technician will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, servicing, and diagnosing vehicles to the highest standards while ensuring efficiency and first-time fix.

Responsibilities include: Performing minor to major repairs, including mechanical and electrical work.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a City & Guilds or NVQ Level III Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification, own tools & protective footwear, and hold a full UK Driver’s license. MOT qualification is preferred.

Training will be provided for those new to Renault-Nissan Alliance franchises. Successful completion of brand training and quality work can lead to rapid advancement.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Compensation and Benefits: Basic salary up to £37,000 per annum, plus time-and-a-half for Saturday mornings (~£1,280 per year), and a monthly efficiency bonus (£4,000-£6,000 annually). Fringe benefits include 25 days’ annual leave, pension, childcare vouchers, subsidised car scheme (e.g., Renault Clio for £105/month), and career progression opportunities.
