Job summary

Vertu Jaguar Land Rover Bradford is hiring a skilled Vehicle Technician to service and repair premium Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. You will gain specialist knowledge across diagnostics, hybrid and EV technology, backed by manufacturer training.

You will carry out precise maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, using your own tools and possessing a full UK driving licence. Onboarding includes manufacturer training and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified automotive technician with Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Own tools and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repairs with precision and attention to detail.
• Diagnose, repair and service vehicles to high standards.
• Apply technical expertise to routine, diagnostic and complex repairs.
• Deliver quality results and build customer trust.

If youholda nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification, such asNVQ Level 3 orequivalent, your experience and qualifications willbereviewedby JLR duringonboarding.Followingthisreview, JLRwillprovideanaccreditationpathway to support youtowardsLevel 2qualified status.IfyouholdMaster Technician certification,JLRwill alsoreviewyour experienceandsupportyouthrough the relevantaccreditation pathwaytowardsJLRLevel 4qualified status.

As aJaguarLand RoverVehicle Technician, you will play a key role inprotecting the ownershipexperiencefor customers who expectprecision,reliabilityand attention to detail from premium British automotive brands.Whether you are working on servicing, diagnostics, complexrepairsor MOT-related work, you will help deliver first-time fixes and quality workmanship across vehicles built around performance,capability, modernluxuryand advanced technology.

What YouWill Need

• A relevant formal qualification, such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive, or equivalent.
• Current hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership environment.
• Your own set of tools.
• A full UK driving licence.
