Job summary

ZIGUP plc in Borehamwood is seeking a Vehicle Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on our fleet, ensuring safety and legal compliance for hire. Level 2 Technician with ≥3 years' experience, or fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic, are encouraged to apply.

• Level 2 Qualified Technician with at least 3 years' employment as a technician/mechanic.
• Fully qualified Level 3 Technician / Mechanic.
• Experience maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure safety and legal compliance.

Salary: £45,729k pa OTE (basic £39,729 k pa + bonus OTE + Overtime)

Weekly Hours:42.5 hours / Day Shifts Only. As and when required overtime is available and this is paid at time and half.

About you

As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. If you are Level 2 Qualified Technician with at least 3 years employment as a technician/mechanic or fully qualified Level 3 Technician / Mechanic, we would love to hear from you.

About our training

We have our own internal IMI accredited training department, where we can upskill you on such things as Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics etc:

For those trained to Level 2, you can take a training needs analysis so we can build a personalised training program for you to increase your skillset.
