Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Gloucester. You will undertake a range of service operations with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service. A strong technical skillset and teamwork are required.

Salary: £31,000–£35,000 basic, DOE, OTE £37,000–£41,000. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–17:00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30–12:30. Benefits listed below.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
• Valid MOT License not essential but desirable
• Hold your own tools and toolbox
• Must hold Full manual UK Driving Licence (license checks)
• Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships available

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of service operations
• Good technical skills
• Defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
• Accurately document service work
• Provide excellent customer support and advice

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am till 5pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am till 12.30pm
