The role

You will join a team of experts supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training will be provided, so prior brand experience is not necessary. Ongoing manufacturer-specific training and our Marshall Academy will keep you up to date with the latest technology.

Who you are

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• A team player who follows set processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
• Motivated, organized, and focused on Health & Safety
• Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

What you’ll do

• Perform servicing and maintenance across the brand's vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• If qualified, carry out Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
