Salary: £38,716 basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus.

Hours: 45-hour workweek with weekends on a rota basis.

The Role: As a Vehicle Service Technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer training and Marshall Academy. Our workshop includes experienced Master and Diagnostic Technicians from whom you can learn and develop your skills.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
• Team player comfortable with following set processes and procedures.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally with Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent), Level 2 considered.
• Motivated, organized, and focused on Health & Safety.
• Tech-savvy, confident with iPad software.

What You’ll Do:

• Service and maintain vehicles across the brand.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
• Perform MOT testing if qualified.
• Complete job cards and electronic reports on franchise platforms.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
• Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
