Bodyshop Dundee, part of the John Clark Motor Group, is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join a team responsible for delivering a proactive service to customers arranging service, maintenance or repair work.

You will identify parts requirements, stay updated on parts, manage stock, process orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction in a busy dealership environment in Dundee.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' parts requirements accurately.

• Support stocktaking and stock control activities.
• Aim for highest level of customer satisfaction.
