Just Motor Group Preston is offering an IMI-Approved Apprenticeship – Level 2 for a Vehicle Sales Advisor. This paid apprenticeship combines on-the-job sales experience with nationally recognised IMI Level 2 training, under supervision of experienced sales staff at the dealership.

The programme includes week-long block release at The Performance Academy Coventry, with 20% of time spent on Off-the-Job learning.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C (9-4) or predicted grades accepted if final results meet standards
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Interest in automotive sales and customer service is required
• Hold a Full Clean Driving licence is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Learn inventory features, pricing and financing options
• Assist customers in identifying needs, preferences and budget
• Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits
• Present vehicle options persuasively to customers
• Collaborate with sales managers to negotiate pricing and terms
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions, sales and inventory
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to close sales
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Attend training sessions to improve selling skills and service
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards
