Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a Vehicle Sales Administrator in the United Kingdom. You will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, handle vehicle stock records, invoices, and paperwork, and ensure high-quality customer service in a busy dealership environment.

You will report to the branch Accountant and work collaboratively with Accounts, Service and Parts. The role offers training, progression opportunities and an inclusive, diverse workplace with employee discounts

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration within automotive is preferred.
• Experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar systems advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring both new and used vehicles into stock maintaining the records.
• Raise vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade and inter branch sales.
• Prepare and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Support the sales department in daily controls.
• Work efficiently and effectively alongside the Accounts, Service and Parts department.
• Monitor admin reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain and process V5 documents.
• Complete a monthly vehicle stock check.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times.
