Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade dealership group near Southampton for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator. The role is full time and permanent, offering a supportive environment and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales administration or dealership operations.
• Able to process deals accurately using DMS and invoicing workflows.
• Good attention to detail for taxing vehicles and month-end invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor all new and used car sales on the DMS.
• Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.
• Taxing of vehicles.
• Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by month end.
• Liaise with Sales Managers.
