Job summary

CEM Day Ltd is hiring a Vehicle Rental Administrator to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries, allocate vehicles, and coordinate collection and delivery activities, while supporting the branch to meet profit and safety targets.

The role requires strong communication skills, team collaboration, and the ability to work independently. A full driving licence is required, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle rental or similar customer-facing/admin roles is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across face-to-face, telephone and email.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
• Must hold a full driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Group Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team.
• Handle customer enquiries, allocate vehicles, coordinate vehicle collection and deliveries.
• Help the branch run profitably and efficiently while meeting safety and cost targets.
