Join our team as a Vehicle Quality Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards throughout the production process. You will be responsible for validating and processing quality deviation reports from both production and early warranty phases. Your work will involve managing vehicle quality targets for series production, representing the plant's quality interests in projects, and driving continuous improvement to systematically reduce plant issues. You will investigate and clarify quality problems, focusing on their impact for customers, and guide problem management to help the plant achieve its targets sustainably. Acting as a crucial link between the plant and product line, you will collaborate across the BMW Group's quality network to develop processes and support effective quality meeting structures.
