Job summary

Charles Hurst Group Ltd, Belfast Citroen, is seeking a proactive Site Co-ordinator / Vehicle Progressor to support the sales team by organising on-site vehicles and managing daily showroom updates.

The role involves loading vehicle data and images to the online showroom, producing CitNOW videos, coordinating vehicle collection/delivery, and maintaining high site standards while building strong working relationships across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced premium automotive environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across the business.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load pictures, prices and vehicle descriptions to the online showroom daily.
• Create CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to present them well for customers.
• Oversee social media accounts and track responses.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Ensure the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
