Job summary

Charles-Hurst in Belfast is seeking a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor to support the sales team. You will load and maintain the online showroom with photos, prices and descriptions and create CitNOW videos for customers.

The role requires strong organisation, IT capability and a full clean driving licence; you will also manage vehicle arrangements on site and assist in delivering vehicles to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced premium environment and working under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT basics.

Responsibilities

• Take and upload vehicle photos, prices and descriptions to the online showroom daily.
• Create CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to present them well to customers.
• Oversee social media accounts and monitor engagement.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Maintain site and vehicles to a high standard.
