Charles Hurst Group Ltd is seeking a diligent Site Co-ordinator/Vehicle Progressor at Dundonald Toyota. You will load daily vehicle data to the online showroom, produce CitNOW videos, organise vehicles on site and manage social media activity, while collecting and delivering vehicles as required.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence is a must for this role.
• Prior demonstrable experience in a fast paced premium environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and load pictures, prices and vehicle descriptions onto the online showroom daily.
• Create CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to present them well for customers.
• Oversee social media accounts and track responses.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers as needed.
• Ensure the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
