Charles Hurst Group at Dundonald Toyota is looking for a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor to support the sales team by organising vehicles on site and managing the online showroom. You will load photos, prices, and descriptions daily and create CitNOW videos for customers.

The role requires a full clean driving licence, solid IT skills, and basic social media know-how. It offers a permanent full-time contract with a Monday–Friday pattern and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Take and load pictures, prices and vehicle descriptions for the online showroom daily.
• Upload CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to present to customers.
• Oversee social media accounts and respond to interactions.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Ensure the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
