Job summary

Crossroads Truck & Bus Limited in Birstall is seeking a Vehicle Progress Coordinator to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the sales process and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will liaise with customers and colleagues across the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong planning, organisation and communication skills; full training is provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a supportive team and a focus on delivering first-class

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle orders and coordinate with manufacturers on progress and amendments.
• Oversee new and used vehicle registrations.
• Monitor bodybuilder schedules to meet completion dates.
• Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
• Process vehicle invoices and update sales systems.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers and collections.
• Support Area Sales Managers through the order-to-delivery process.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and maximise efficiency.

Vehicle Progress Coordinator – Birstall Depot

We're looking for a motivated and organised Vehicle Progress Coordinator to join our sales team in Birstall.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong planning and organisational skills, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, successful team.

As Vehicle Progress Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping vehicles moving efficiently through the sales process while delivering an excellent customer experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll liaise with customers and colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle orders and coordinating with manufacturers on progress, specification changes and amendments.
• Overseeing new and used vehicle registrations.
• Monitoring bodybuilder schedules to ensure agreed completion dates are met.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
• Processing vehicle invoices, coding costs & updating sales systems.
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries, transfers & collections.
• Supporting Area Sales Managers throughout the order-to delivery process.
• Using Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities, activities and reporting.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes & maximise efficiency.

Previous experience in a similar role or commercial environment would be an advantage, but more importantly, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a proactive approach & a commitment to delivering first-class service. Full training will be provided.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
