Job summary

Crossroads Truck & Bus Limited in Birstall is seeking a Vehicle Progress Coordinator to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the sales process and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will liaise with customers and colleagues across the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong planning, organisation and communication skills; full training is provided. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a supportive team and a focus on delivering first-class

Qualifications

Strong planning and organisational skills are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service experience are required.
Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle orders and coordinate with manufacturers on progress and amendments.
Oversee new and used vehicle registrations.
Monitor bodybuilder schedules to meet completion dates.
Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
Process vehicle invoices and update sales systems.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, transfers and collections.
Support Area Sales Managers through the order-to-delivery process.
Use Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities and activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and maximise efficiency.
