Adam Curtis Specialist Automotive Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Maidstone is recruiting a proactive Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership. You will support workshop technicians, place daily parts orders and ensure parts availability to keep repairs flowing smoothly.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication, with a typical Monday–Friday pattern and occasional Saturdays. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts, workshop or motor trade environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and support workshop technicians with daily parts requirements.
• Place daily orders for vehicle repairs and workshop jobs.
• Receive and allocate parts to jobs and update workshop control.
• Pre-pick and organise parts for next-day workshop activity.
• Monitor job progress and adjust parts requirements as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between departments.
• Support workshop efficiency and minimise vehicle downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and allocations.
