Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Support in managing day-to-day delivery and mobile operations processes
• Manage the delivery center's inventory and supplies
• Support training initiatives
• Lead daily team huddles
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and create personalized experiences, including demonstration drives and deliveries
• Support customers as a Rivian product expert
• Operate Department of Transportation compliance for flatbed operations
• Conduct compliance audits related to DOT regulations
• Handle local registration documents during delivery
• Transport vehicles in various weather conditions
• Explore customer-centric solutions through curiosity and resourcefulness
• Collaborate with internal partners to maintain vehicle standards and operational excellence
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred; EV or auto eCommerce experience a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel for market launches and operations
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; ability to navigate internal platforms
• Commercial driving experience preferred; CDL not required
• Ability to complete driver and car-hauling training within 30 days
• Valid driver's license in your state/province
• Pass DOT physical and drug test
• No recent drug or alcohol-related incidents; clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses and a notary license within 90 days
• Customer-focused, adaptable, multitasker, team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, process complex information, and work in various conditions
• Physical ability to perform occupational tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong English reading and writing skills; ability to interpret documents
