Find Recruitment Group LTD seeks a Vehicle Mechanics Trainer to deliver Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training near Reading. The role moves experienced technicians from the shop floor into education, with full training provided and no prior teaching required.

The position offers a starting salary of £43,000, with increases once qualified, and a permanent, year-round schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm in modern workshops.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Automotive or Vehicle Maintenance.
• Strong practical experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
• Good communication skills and an interest in passing on technical knowledge.
• Previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential.

I'm working with a training provider looking to recruit a Vehicle Mechanics Trainer to join their Automotive team near Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic looking to move off the tools and into a training role, as well as existing trainers looking for a new opportunity.

No previous teaching experience is required, with full training and funded teaching and assessing qualifications provided.

The Role

• Deliver Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training to apprentices.
