The position involves preparing vehicles for MOT testing and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have an LGV C&E license (class one), knowledge of automotive systems, and a valid driving license.

Qualifikationen

• LGV C&E license (class one) is required.
• Knowledge of automotive equipment and testing/troubleshooting is essential.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre Heavy Vehicle Components.
• Experience with welding and basic DC electrical troubleshooting is desirable.
• A valid driving license is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform service and repair of company fleet to scheduled maintenance.
• Complete service/inspection records and defect reports for legal compliance.
• Prepare vehicles/trailers for annual MOT testing to ensure first-time pass.
• Carry out ad-hoc vehicle repairs and rectify defects as needed.
