Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Coordinator on a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2028. You will coordinate shipping from Emden and Iberian ports to UK ports, and manage outbound logistics to delivery locations.

The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and an eye for cost-efficient supply chain operations. You will work with brands, retailers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, support new model launches, and drive continuous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipping programme from Emden & Iberian ports to UK ports.
• Coordinate outbound logistics from UK ports or PDI/Remarketing centres to delivery locations.
• Manage transport orders and vehicle movements with logistics partners.
• Support special projects including new model launches and press vehicles.
• Maintain SLi system interfaces and ensure data accuracy; produce reports.
• Provide visibility of supply chain performance to stakeholders and brands.
• Support supplier performance against KPIs and handle short-notice logistics requests.
• Identify LEAN and continuous improvement opportunities.
