Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our inspections team in the UK. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced technician, this role offers a path to advance your automotive career within one of the UK's most trusted brands.

You will inspect vehicles, report findings using a PDA template, complete used vehicle condition reports, and collaborate with the team to maintain daily site inspections, while engaging with customers to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence.

As a Vehicle Inspector, you'll be responsible for:

What We're Looking For

• An NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
