Job summary
The Talent World is partnering with a rapidly expanding international automotive manufacturer in the UK to recruit an experienced Technical Training Specialist. You will design, deliver and continuously improve technical training programmes across the retailer network and aftersales operations, including classroom and virtual sessions.
You will work on new product introductions, electrification projects and dealer development, building engaging content and learning solutions, and supporting LMS
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programmes.
- Background in automotive OEM, importer, dealer groups is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver technical training programmes.
- Deliver classroom-based and virtual learning sessions.
- Create engaging technical and product training content.
- Support retailer network performance through learning solutions.
- Identify training gaps and provide tailored development plans.
- Work with aftersales and technical support teams.
- Support LMS development and implementation.
- Champion continuous learning excellence.
- Prepare the network for EV and hybrid technologies.
