Job summary

Calex UK, based at the Volkswagen Group UK National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes, seeks a Senior/Diagnostic/Master Technician transitioning to a Volkswagen Group Factory Approved Technical Trainer. You will deliver blended training across workshops, classrooms, and live broadcasts to 26,000+ learners and shape careers in automotive technology.

Through a structured development programme, you’ll gain factory accreditation within 12 months and join a team delivering cutting-edge learning

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in the automotive industry.
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others develop.
• Enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willing to commute to Milton Keynes daily.
• Desirable EV/high-voltage qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.
• Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training.
• Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes.
• Inspire technicians across experience levels to excel in the industry.
• Carry out other duties as defined by line management.
