Job summary

Command Recruitment is recruiting a Vehicle Display Manager for a leading automotive retailer in Leeds. This role demands an organised, hands-on leader who can take ownership of vehicle display, site organisation and logistics within a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee the day-to-day display operations, maximise capacity, coordinate movements and maintain high presentation and safety standards. A full UK manual driving licence is essential; training and progression opportunities are

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or line management role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, ideally in automotive/logistics environments.
• Ability to coordinate people, vehicles and workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and vehicle care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and efficient movement of vehicles around the site.
• Organise vehicle positioning, display areas and yard layouts to maximise capacity and efficiency.
• Coordinate vehicle movements to support sales, preparation and other departments.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, site organisation and safety.
• Minimise the risk of vehicle damage through effective planning and control.
• Ensure company procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Support other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
