Command Recruitment is seeking a proactive Vehicle Display Manager for a leading automotive retailer in Camberley. You will organise vehicle display areas, lead the display team and coordinate movements to support sales and vehicle preparation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning and the ability to work across departments while maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or line management role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills in automotive or logistics environments.
• Ability to coordinate people, vehicles and workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication across multiple departments.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the safe and efficient movement of vehicles around the site.
• Organise vehicle positioning, display areas and yard layouts to maximise capacity.
• Coordinate vehicle movements to support sales, preparation and other departments.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, site organisation and safety.
• Minimise the risk of vehicle damage through planning and control.
• Ensure procedures and standards are consistently followed.
• Support other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
