Command Recruitment is seeking a proactive Vehicle Display Manager for a leading automotive retailer in Camberley. You will oversee vehicle display, team performance and site organisation to maximise capacity.

Reporting to Sales Managers, you will coordinate vehicle movements, maintain presentation and safety standards, and drive excellent customer service across departments. A hands-on leader with strong planning is ideal.

Vehicle Display ManagerCamberley | £31,500 per annum | Full-time, Permanent

Command Recruitment is recruiting a Vehicle Display Manager for a leading automotive retailer in Camberley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, hands-on individual with team leadership experience who can take ownership of vehicle display, site organisation and logistics within a fast-paced automotive environment.

The RoleReporting to the Sales Managers, you will oversee the day-to-day organisation of the vehicle display area and the team responsible for moving and positioning vehicles around the site. You will ensure vehicles are displayed correctly, site capacity is maximised and vehicle movements are coordinated safely and efficiently to support the wider operation.

Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Display, Organisation & Logistics

Team Management

• Lead, motivate and develop the team through coaching, training and regular performance reviews.


• Plan staffing levels and manage absence to maintain effective operational cover.


• Delegate responsibilities clearly and ensure daily tasks and objectives are achieved.


• Communicate priorities, performance results and operational updates effectively.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and team performance.

About YouYou will be a proactive and well-organised individual who can manage competing priorities, lead a team and keep a busy automotive site running efficiently.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisory or line management role.


• Strong organisational and planning skills, ideally gained in an automotive, logistics or operational environment.


• The ability to coordinate people, vehicles and workloads effectively.


• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple departments.


• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety and vehicle care.


• The ability to motivate a team, delegate effectively and solve problems.


• A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to lead by example.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential. Any offer of employment requiring the driving of company vehicles will be subject to a DVLA licence check. Applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet the employer's insurance requirements.
